We give all our personalised products a ‘best before’ date of 12 months from date of delivery.

All our personalised products are produced fresh to order.

(Please store your personalised chocolates with care – not in a fridge or damp place – to avoid chocolate ‘blooming’ and contamination.)

We recommend you store your products in a dry, dark place in an airtight container in an ambient temperature of 15-19 Centigrade.

We do not recommend you store your chocolates in a fridge, this can lead to chocolate ‘blooming’ and discolouration which will make the chocolate appear unappetising (though it is still safe to eat).

No, not currently.

The milk chocolate contains at least 25% cocoa solids, the dark chocolate contains at least 55% cocoa solids and the 70% dark chocolate contains at least 70% cocoa solids.

Our products are suitable for Vegetarians except for our Flat Imperial Mints and Jelly Hearts.

Products suitable for Vegans are Fruit Sweets.

The minimum order is 200 pieces.

The minimum order is 200 pieces for Mints, Mint Humbugs, Fruit Sweets, Chocolate Coffee Beans and Salted Caramel Fudge.

You can print your messages on the back of the Neapolitan chocolate wrappers and the Confectionery wrappers.

You cannot print on the back of the Petit chocolate wrappers.

Neapolitan chocolates

You can print on the FRONT and the BACK of the Neapolitan chocolate wrappers:

* On the FRONT the print area measures 26 mm x 27 mm.

* On the BACK the print area is 26 mm x 21 mm.

Petit chocolates

You can print on the FRONT ONLY of the Petit chocolates wrappers:

* The print area measures 37 mm x 20 mm.

Confectionery (Mints, Boiled Sweets, Chocolate Coffee Beans etc)

You can print on the FRONT and the BACK of our range of Confectionery wrappers:

* The print area on the FRONT measures 30 mm x 20 mm.

* The larger print area on the BACK, above the seal, measures 30 mm x 10 mm.

* The smaller print area on the BACK, below the seal, measures 30 mm x 5 mm.

Ordering By Phone

If you prefer, we can create your artwork for you.

We can advise on the products, flavours, inner foil, wrapper and print colours and prepare your artwork ready for production.

Once you have confirmed your order we will process your payment and submit your order to the factory for production and shipping.

You can complete and submit your design online during the ordering process.

In the online designer you can add, resize and position text in the print area(s) on your preferred wrapper, choosing from a selection of different fonts.

You can also upload and add logos, images or graphics to your design.

You can upload either .PNG, .SVG or .JPG logos/graphics files. The best file type to use is .PNG.

Logos and graphics must be at least 300dpi.

Please note, printing for the majority of our products is in one colour only.

This means everything you print (including any images you include in your design/artwork) will be printed on the wrapper in the one print colour you select.

When ordering online and using the online designer you can:

* upload one or more logos, graphics or icons to the online designer and resize and position them;

* upload your own QR code(s) or create one in the online designer;

* choose from the ‘clip-art’ library to add Social Media icons, graphics etc to your artwork/design.

The ideal format for anything you upload (logos, images, graphics) is .PNG but you can also import .JPEG or .SVG files if you do not have access to a .PNG file.

Please ensure your files are minimum 300dpi.

During the online design process your design/artwork will be shown in black or white only, the print colour you have selected will then be applied during the manufacturing process to ALL text, logos and/or images you add in the online designer.

Please check our recommended wrapper and print colour combinations to avoid choosing a print colour that won’t be legible on your preferred wrapper colour.

Neapolitans and Petit Chocs

Production of the first order you place with new design/artwork will normally take approximately 10 working days after the design/artwork has been approved, to make a printing plate and to produce and despatch the order from the factory.

Once a printing plate has been created for design/artwork, any repeat orders (with no changes to the artwork) will normally take approximately 5-7 working days to despatch from the factory.

Confectionery

Depending on manufacturing schedules and stock levels production of personalised confectionery products (Mints, Sweets, Chocolate Coffee Beans and Chocolate Oranges) normally takes just 5-7 working days to despatch from the factory after the design/artwork has been approved.

Price discounts are automatically calculated when you order larger amounts online.
